A: Simply put, purchase 5 Full Video Downloads, show us proof of purchase, and you'll get a FREE Full Video Download of your choice. Purchase 10, you'll get 2 Free. We would only need to verify your purchases through the Billing Company. So when you contact us about your Free Full Video Download, let us know which videos you had purchased, which email address you used to register with, and of course which video you would like to recieve as your free video. Q: Are the videos for sale different than what you would see in the site's Members' Area?
A: The DVD and Video Downloads are seperate from the Members' Area of the site. We shoot seperate content for our members' area, full of action and brutal beat downs.

Q: When I sign up as a Member, can I use my membership codes to view the Full Video Download videos?
A: Your membership account gives you access to the Members Area only. When you purchase a Full Video Download, you're given a set of codes to access the video after purchase.

Q: The Full Video Downloads sometimes take forever to view online and often stalls, what can I do?
A: Our Full Video Downloads are meant to be downloaded to your Hard Drive and viewed from there. Because our video files are in large format (640X480), the file size sometimes gets large. It's always best to Right Mouse Click and Save File As to your Hard drive. Be sure to archive your downloaded videos to CD or DVD for safekeeping in case your hard drive fails.
